Dr. Enders is originally from Maryland, where she grew up spending most of her weekends around horses. After finally convincing her parents to adopt a cat when she was in high school (quickly followed by two barn kittens), she realized caring for animals was her passion.
Dr. Enders obtained her Animal Science degree from the University of Vermont and moved to Blacksburg, VA to attend the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine for her DVM. Following graduation, she joined a small animal practice in the Greater Philadelphia area before making her way here to Fort Washington Veterinary Hospital. She is excited to see all manner of furry friends, but she will always have a soft spot for cats. Dr. Enders is even a certified Cat Friendly Veterinarian through the American Association of Feline Practitioners!
She currently lives with her partner Jake, dogs Alphonse & Lila, and cats Tutti Frutti & Biscuit. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring local trails with her dogs, horseback riding, and playing video games.
