Hours of Operation

The staff at Quakertown Vet Clinic are available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. We are fully staffed during regular hours, 8:00am – 9:00pm Mon thru Fri, and on Sat mornings (appointments only) 8:00am – 11:30am, for routine appointments, emergencies, surgeries, preventative health care and medical visits . The clinic remains open through the night and weekends for emergency visits and care, for our regular clients and also for the clients of other clinics should their regular vet be unavailable. Our emergency hours are staffed by a smaller ‘skeleton’ staff, solely here to deal with emergency services only.

Visiting Hours

Please try to adhere to these visiting hours as much as possible if your pet is staying with us in the hospital. These hours are set so as to be able to provide all the animals in our hospital with optimal care.

Again, Fort Washington Vet has exceeded my expectations! My dog was ill and Fort Washington vet staff fit her in on a weekend. She was seen by Dr. Berman, who always takes the time to evaluate and explain what is happening and how to help my fur baby. He never ever tries to charge more than necessary and I always feel like we have received the best care possible! I travel 30 minutes to get to this practice as it is the best I have encountered over many years with many pets!
We took our 13 yo dog here for a 2nd opinion on a torn ACL. The vet and nurse were truly outstanding. Our dog wasn't himself and we did not know he had 2 ear infections and also arthritis and some loose teeth. The vet also recommended a monthly shot for his arthritis/ACL. Fast forward 3 weeks and our boy is back to when he was younger. We didn't do surgery and he is running and playing wonderfully. They are very thorough, compassionate, and experts in their field.
Great docs and personnel. Been using this practice since the late 1980s.
First time there and received excellent care. Excellent customer seevice and truly care about animals.
