Danee is one of our longest-standing employees. After graduating from Temple University with a degree in Criminal Justice, she soon discovered that she was “barking up the wrong tree” and made the bold decision to change paths. Her lifelong experiences training horses, raising cows, and having pets of every kind from dogs and cats to a pig, a duck, and an owl made the move to the veterinary field that much more natural. She joined our staff in 1998 and was able to successfully transition into a fulfilling career as a technician. The rest is history!
Although Danee can be found performing any hospital services, she spends the majority of her time behind the scenes in surgery or the treatment area. When she isn’t glued to an anesthesia monitor screen or polishing her patients’ teeth, she enjoys singing at church and watching sports.
Danne’s husband and their daughter share her passion for animals. They love to play ball with their rescue Pit Bull/Boxer, Nala. Unfortunately, no one is sure exactly who runs the household! Stay tuned!
