Sometimes we assess a pet as being sick enough to require monitoring/constant care around the clock. As a general practice, we do not have the capabilities to care for animals after hours/overnight or during major holidays; for these critical/very sick patients, our vets may recommend transfer them to a 24 hour hospital. Below is a list of the critical care hospitals we work most closely with.
In addition, we strongly urge clients to seek emergency care for your pet if you think it needs immediate attention after hours and during holidays.
We also recommend that when traveling with your pet, you should research a nearby emergency facility to expedite care for your pet, should the need arise. And remember – You can access your pet’s vaccination information via your PetPage. If you no longer have the initial access/setup you were emailed for this service, please contact us.
